HERCULES SERIES
Modern automatic machine for manufacturing one or two
colours soles (soccer models prevalence) using thermoplastic
materials (TPU). With the same machine, but using different
screw/piston, is possible to use TR or PVC to 100 ton.
for monocolour and to 130 ton. for two colours.
The machines are available with one or two independent
working stations (three for mono colour), each equipped
by hydraulic presse and extruders or injectors.
Moderna macchina automatica a 200 ton per
la produzione di suole mono o bicolore in materiale termoplastico
(TPU), con preferenza per il modello calcistico. Con lo
stesso modello di macchina, ma con vite/pistone o estrusore
diverso, è possibile stampare anche altri materiali,
come TR o PVC a 100 ton. per monocolore e 130 ton. per bicolore.
Le macchine sono disponibili con una o due stazioni indipendenti
(tre stazioni per monocolore), ciascuna delle quali è
equipaggiata con pressa idraulica ed estrusori o iniettori.
